I bought new in November of 2020. Used for three years living in it between NY and SC. Have now bought a permenant place in SC so I no longer need it. You will need a mattress for the bed as I had up graded the mattress and will be keeping it. Last photo shows a tear in the vynyl floor in the living area. apparently a small stone got onder the slid out when it was put in and when it went back out put a tear in it. I took a heat gun and smoothed it back down. that was two years ago and have not had an isse with it. Unit features a large front bath which includes a washer/dryer combo unit. Also has a !/2 bath.
