Huge bunk house, 1 owner, bought new in fall of 2019 unit was BUILT BEFORE COVID, well maintained, stored in climate controlled building over winter, sleeps 10, 2 slide outs, power jacks, power awnings, fireplace, outdoor kitchen, large bathroom, TONS of storage space. Everything works as it should.

Dry weight is 7,000lbs

- 2nd air conditioner (in bedroom)
- 2 slide out awnings
- larger kitchen table top made for dinette.
- TV with mount inside and mount outside

Our family has enjoyed many camping excursions in this RV! From state parks, local camp grounds to back yard family reunions. We are selling because we purcahsed a motor home to travel long distance with our children. What we like the most about this RV is the storage space, outdoor kitchen, private bunkhouse, and huge open layout with large bathroom.
