This 40 foot beast is in great condition and is ready to adventure (or stay put) I enjoyed it while my husband took care of it. It's in great shape! We have had our use but want to downsize now. (ASAP)

We bought it in Georgia about 2 years ago and therefore it has no rust. The interior is in almost perfect shape with an upgraded residential sized fridge, fireplace, and a new TV - there are some very minor things than need fixing, like a window shade and a piece of trim, only very very minor details. The large couch converts to a queen bed, the two heated recliner chairs go fully flat, and the table becomes a bed. Then there's an office/bunk room with twin sized beds and storage. Above that there's a loft for smaller sized people to sleep. Go up three steps and there's a gorgeous large(ish) bathroom. Past the bathroom is the master bedroom with a brand new king sized mattress and a TV with tons of storage. The washer/dryer works well but we took the doors off the closet for accesibility and put up curtians, we still have the original sliding doors and are happy to put them back on if you'd like. There's lots of storage throughout the RV and there's 2 large A/C units. We'll include all of our extra hoses and cables for this in the purchase (there's a lot of them).

It was mostly towed it with a Chevy 2500 hd gas truck. It towed sturdy and is great on the road. Steep long uphills were a tad bit slow but otherwise the 2500 did amazing.
