We are selling our fantastic true four season camper that we’ve used for local adventures! Tires were replaced with Carlisle radials in 2021 and wheel bearing service completed in 2023 . Shocks were also upgraded to Monroe in 2023. Has the Moryde 3000 system. Cell phone extender antenna installed.

Upgraded tv to a larger smart tv with soundbar and subwoofer: we love watching movies with great sound! Bedroom tv also upsized and includes a dvd player.

Kitchen and bathroom faucet upgraded to brushed nickel. Norcold electric/gas refrigerator with efficiency fan installed. Suburban gas range and oven. LevelMatePRO installed to work with phone app when boondocking: simplifies finding a level place to park. Factory installed Furrion stereo with DVD/CD player Bluetooth and upgraded Polk Audio interior speakers and factory exterior speakers: sounds fantastic!

3 Maxxair Fans with 2 remotes; the bathroom Maxxair adjusts by hand; all fan openings have removable insulation pad installed to keep the trailer warm during colder days and nights. Factory A/C installed with ducting and upgraded Honeywell digital thermostat and efficiency diverter system. Furrion electric fireplace which adds a secondary heating source when connected to shore power or a generator.

2 x 12V batteries installed in a locking battery box, I will also include 2 additional 12V batteries if you want to extend your boondocking trips.

Backup camera installed with bluetooth connection to monitor inside your tow vehicle using its own monitor. Additional wireless cameras for side of trailer included but not installed.

2 x 30 pound propane tanks. Includes shore power 30 amp cable. Water connections with water pressure management. Leveling accessories and upgraded stabilizer jacks.

Camco Rhino sewage connection system.

Will include a brand new in box ADCO Designer Series UV Hydro Travel Trailer Cover and a new Outdoors RV rear window covering yet to be installed. The loveseat has some wear showing so we added a nice cover and it worked for us. Will also include a ROLA hitch mounted cargo carrier to carry a generator, 2 x Rich Solar solar panels never installed, a 12V Alpincool cooler (great for using outside the camper.)
