Amenities include three burner propane stove, single bowl sink with hot and cold water, propane or 12 volt battery or 120volt electric refrigerator, 18,000 BTU furnace, 30 gal fresh water tank, 6 gallon propane hot water heater, water pump system and filter, built in cassette porta potty with shower, outdoor shower, new tires, rooftop A/C, 1 slide out converts into full bed or dinnette, lots of storage inside and outside, outside awning, radio/CD player with speakers both in and outside, wired for cable, new top lift cables, sidewall canvases & windows are in good shape, King & Queen bed mattresses can be electrically heated and it has electric brakes. We have a clear title and the camper needs state inspection and a new battery, core battery goes with camper.
