1 Owner couple, no small children, Non-Smoking Camper. My wife and I bought this RV new in 2019 at a local dealership. It has been parked at our permanent campsite since we purchased it. The only time it's ever been towed is from the dealership to the campground.

We have had it winterized by McDowell South RV every year and the roof has been inspected and sealed every spring and fall since we have owned it. The RV is perfect other than a window shade spring that needs help rolling up and some minor scratches on one lounge chair headrest. Honestly, it still smells like the day we bought it.

The oversized bathroom with two sinks had plenty of counter space and storage for all of your linens. There is an automatic light on the pantry upon opening the door. A residential-size stainless refrigerator. Storage under the king-sized bed, large closet, and storage closet in the primary bedroom. In the primary are also washer-dryer hookups. All televisions work as well as the fireplace, and speakers (in and out). We replaced the inverter in 2023 and had a custom deck built (which can go with the purchase if you wish). The MoRide steps are at our home and will also go with the unit. This has been an amazing camper for us and we are selling to get a bumper pull for some anticipated travel.
