UNDER CONTRACT 4/18/24. We are downsizing and putting up our Lance 1172 rig (including a 2019 F350 Platinum truck) for sale. Inspired by the Morton's Go North series, this platform is highly capable and beautiful, and at this price, it is a bargain.
The 1172 is well known for its spacious and well-appointed four season cabin that can comfortably sleep a family. The interior and exterior are very clean and ready for a new owner. What makes this camper stand out is the 600 amp Victron power system that is powered by 680 watts of roof top solar combined with two Orion DC-DC units to power the camper from the truck engine and run the air conditioner with a soft start. This system allows for extended trips without the need to continually hook up to shore power. The Victron system is controled by a Cerbo GX, including the LED panel in the camper to monitor and adjust the electrical system as needed, and a Lynx distribution system. In addition, the camper has a new roof and ceiling as a result of the record-breaking winter of 2023 Utah snowfall. In the spring of 2023 we identified a few ceiling cracks caused by the weight of the snow. Our Insurance paid for the complete replacement of the roof and celiing, and the solar panels were professionally installed. As you can see from the photos, the roof looks like new because it is!
Our Ruby Red 2019 F350 Dually is part of this package. This truck is just beautiful. It is in very good condition with 30,200 miles on a diesel engine. It is the Platinum package with lots of nice options - lane control, adaptive cruise, cameras everywhere, Bang and Olufsen stereo, heated/ac seats, and a massager built into the driver's seat. In addition, the truck has been upfitted to 35" tires on Fuel wheels, which look great. As recommended by Lance (see link below for Lance's recommendations for trucks), the truck has been modified to handle the 1172 with sway bars front and back, remote control air bags, an added leaf spring, and stable loads. It drives really well with the camper in back. It has a clean Autocheck report and the window sticker with all the Platinum options are included in the photos below.
The titles are in hand for both the truck and camper. It is located in Salt Lake City. We are willing to discuss a separate deal for the camper, but not the truck. Please let us know if you have questions or would like to see additional photos.
