Upgrades include a Brooklyn Bedding Mattress, added another solar battery so there are two instead of one, heavy duty hitch and leveling bars. We also added awnings over both slide outs and covers over the vents. We changed out the locks with RV brand locks so your neighbors key won’t be able to unlock the unit.

This unit has a transferrable warranty available that’s good through March 2028.

This unit has two slide outs making the living/kitchen area very roomy.

Comes with some basic kitchen items and bathroom towels. Also included are the outside sewer pipes, hoses, extra water filters and more.

The outside kitchen has a small refrigerator and griddle and we never used. There is also an outdoor shower so you can rinse off.
