Sadly , I am selling this and my dream of camping and exploring due to loss of husband! 
Upgrades include Brooklyn bedding mattress, stabilizing bars for hitch, ( ball not included) exterior protective coating, back up camera. 
Camper is paid in full. 
I also bought warranty.  Have paper work for transfer of warranty. 
Camper has only been to a campsite one time.
