Still in brand new condition and only been on a few short trips. Upgraded queen bed, but standard bunk mattresses. Kids didn't complain about them, so haven't seen a reason to change them. Everything works as it should and have had zero issues. Camper stays plugged in at the house with the ac on to keep humidity out. It has dual water heater, outdoor kitchen, electric stabilizer jacks, electric tongue jack, 30 ga gray and black water tanks. I will include leveling blocks, outdoor weather proof mat, propane bottles for lanters, lanterns, wheel chocks, weight dist. hitch, auxillary waste tank, sewage hoses, fresh water hose with pressure reducer and electrical adaptor. It has everything you need to go on a trip other than bed sheets and pillows. I also installed a wifi router that connects to the Air360 antenna (requires data plan). It pulls really well behind a 1/2 ton truck.
