I bought this RV to stay in when at my worksite during the week and ended up living it it for just about one full year. I was hooked to city water and power the whole time and performed great. The weather gets over 100 in the summer and below freezing often in the winter and I was comfortable the whole time. I did not use the toilet in the RV during this time as my work restroom was available, but I did use the shower.
I chose this model because of its useable kitchen and full sized shower for such a small unit. It should be perfect for traveling for a couple or small family. I would not want to sleep 4 adults more than one or two nights, but Parents and 2 small teenagers or younger kids should be pretty comfortable with the Queen bed and lay flat sofa/loveseat.
Everything works and performed great during my year in it. I will of course include all the parts and addons that came with it including the propane griddle that attaches to the outside and the TV mount for the outside which have never been taken out of the box, the power cord, the manual toung jack lever, and a coil hose for the outside water hookup. I will also include the 220 adapter giving you the option of using a 3 or 4 prong outlet. I do have the table that came with it and will include if buyer wants. It is just a folding table that matches the counters. The sale will not include a queen mattress. The one that came with it was very thin and uncomfortable so i gave it away and used my own mattress in its place.
