Purchased NEW from dealer in July 2022. Has been camped in less than 10 times for a total of less than 25 nights.

All systems are 100% and carefully and meticulously maintained. When parked for storage it is housed in its own RV carport to protect it from the elements. It has been properly winterized for the off-season.

We added an outside table and bracket to the rear of where the griddle mounts up and it will be included. We did this to hold our 2 burner propane stove. See photos (stove NOT included).

The black tank is absolutely clean and odor free as we do not use it because we camp in places with facilities. Despite that fact, we frequently run a cleaning solution in it in order to keep the sensors working properly.

The gray tank is used but we run cleaning solution during and following each trip.

The fresh water tank was treated prior to use this season.

The curtains were homemade and will remain with the camper if you want them.

The mattress is custom purchased from Wilderness.

The complete weight distribution hitch is included, it was purchased new for this unit. I will assist/train the buyer in setup on your vehicle.

We have pulled this with a Chevy Colorado and a GMC Sierra 1500 with no issues.

This has been great for the way we have been camping, but with plans changing for the next few years, we have decided to up-size.
