Tri Fold sofa. Walk-in closet, with shoe rack, is prepped for a washer & dryer.

The TV in the living room has surround sound and outside speakers. King antenna and DVD player. The theatre recliners have lighted cup holders, vibration and heat settings.

Dining table with four chairs. Two of the chairs have seats that raise, providing additional storage.

The pantry has several shelves and a motion activated light. There are also motion activated lights in the buffet area and bathroom.

The buffet has two electrical outlets and above the buffet are glass doors with lights.

The kitchen has a large island with electric plugs at both ends, deep farm sink, 3 burner gas stove and oven. 

This unit is well lit with ceiling lights, lights over the island, buffet, sofa and theatre recliners. Under bed storage. 

The belly is heated and cooled.

There are two awnings with lights.

The unit is washed each quarter and waxed with polymer once a year.
