In good condition but has been in a storage building for almost two years, haven't use it for camping in almost three years, front electric jack is starting to fail. Camping World has a new one for $179.00. HAd a dealer look at the RV told me Retail Price is $22,500.00. This needs a few cosmetic things to bring it up to being as new again, so I am lowering the asking price to give someone a really good deal on this one.
