Purchased in Sept 2018 and delivered right to our campground. Tires have no wear or sun damage as they have always been covered with tire covers for protection. This beautiful RV has a cozy living space with opposing slide outs for that extra room and comfort. 2 recliners or couch to sit on. The kitchen table has plenty of room with 4 chairs that have storage under the seats. It also boasts center eating/sitting island with 2 bar stools. Plenty of storage in the island. Microwave, oven (never used) and 3 burner stove with overhead fan. Mid-size refrigerator/freezer has plenty of room. Large kitchen sink with tall faucet that has pull out sprayer. Cabinets throughout living/kitchen area. This RV is equipped with central vacuum which makes clean up a breeze. There is also an extra set of accessories. Comfortable queen bed with large closet the width of the RV along with a dresser. There is also storage under the bed and shelves above the bed. Bathroom has a lot of space. Power awning with led lighting with remote. Power front and rear stabilizer jacks. The black water holding tank is equipped with a flush out system, just hook your hose up to it. The Mallard is setup with an easy winterizing system. Built in hose goes in the antifreeze jug, turn the valve and turn on the pump.

Plenty of outside storage as well. The up front storage is the width of the trailer along with another storage compartment. Has the standard 6 gallon water heater. Every year did outside maintenance, checking and caulking windows and slides as needed. Has enclosed under belly where all points have been filled with mouse resistant expanding foam. Don't pass on this beautiful RV. Only selling because we inherited a cottage.
