We are selling our 2012 Newmar King Aire, ISX15 605 hp Cummins, Big Allison 4000, 2 stage brake, largest Spartan K3 chassis with IFS(drives and handles like a car), all new Michelins($10K), just completely serviced(brakes, oil bath wheel bearing oil changed to synthetic, gen set serviced, belts, etc), Oasis hydronic heating just had 5 year service, 12Kv gen set with low hours, also just had the coach gone thru electrically front to rear and replaced all the KIB switches, shade controllers, Silverleaf controllers, and all programmed from manufacturer. These are common to have issues in these coaches and I didn't want any issues while travelling. Has the desirable 4584 floor plan with bath and half, glass shower, heated tile floors, new radio, all new LG smart TVs, auto basement trays, Girard remote control awnings.  new coach and house batteries. It has mobile direct tv but I use starling on the roof and it worked great. We only use it to follow our daughter around for college softball. Her season is coming to an end and we are selling to upgrade our houseboat.
You'll not find a better Coach this size and amenities anywhere in the country. The King Aire is completely different than any other coach! It will tow anything and will absolutely slay the hills anywhere in the country! Do you research, I've owned several monacco tag coaches and a Beaver, a King Aire is just built better. I PRICED IT TO SELL. Most of these coaches are 260-300K.
It does have a rebuilt title but had no damage physically anywhere. I knew previous owner and can show all before pics and you can speak with him.
