Gently used RV that is great condition. Everything works as it should including the A/C, exhaust fans, heater, LP stove, microwave and bathroom/shower. It has newer tires with lots of tread. The RV runs, drives and rides like new. The engine was replaced 4 years ago with a brand new LQ4 shortblock (have reciepts). The engine has 1k miles on it and the whole RV has 57.7k on it.

The generator has 152 hours on it and runs great. The roof is inspected yearly and looks good with no leaks. It needs nothing to be road/trip ready!
