Everything works as it should,, we bought a house and no longer need this setup. Upgraded the water heater to a LP Girard tankless. Also put an electric tankless water heater under the kitchen sink so it’s instant hot water as well. Both AC units were cleaned this fall, roof UV protection was done when purchased and every spring. Comes with everything in photo’s. Plus a 28 gal dump set up we bought this year and a black Custom Skirting ($3.5K) installed September 2023 with their patented slide in design. I have also done a broom closet addition next to the refrigerator.
