Description

We have taken this travel trailer throughout AZ in both winter and summer and have had some very fond memories; sadly we have outgrown 'Chase'.

Chase is in great shape, and we've had to repair a few things along the way and have made some modifications.

Originally Chase sat low to the ground after the style. We had the trailer lifted at Mesa AZ coachworks and also had a larger battery box tray made.

There are plenty of storage cabinets. Four upper cabinets in the rear; we added hinges to hold doors open. In the galley/kitchen area there are 3 standing cabinets that are counter depth and huge. Under the counter there are 2 more large cabinets and a smaller cabinet under the 3 burner gas stove and .9 cu ft microwave.

There are 3 drawers under the sink, with one split to accomodate the plumbing; another under the 3 standing cabinets.

Above the counters are 2 shallower cabinets, 1 is half height above the vent fan.

The shower room includes a toilet, vent fan and window. I am 5.11 and can shower in it effectively. The fresh water tank is 30 gallons - enough for a couple for several days. The hot water heater is gas or electric and produces very hot water. Black and Grey tanks are similarly sized at 28 gallons.

There is a 6cuft gas/electric fridge. We mostly run off grid, it runs off of propane well. We feel like there is enough space for feeding 3 people for a week.

The rear couch easily unfolds to make a larger twin bed; the front dinette converts to a larger queen bed. We have tried using the rear bed permanently down, but prefer to have it as a couch. Conversion of both beds is easy and does not take much time.

Under the rear bed is storage that is accessible from the outside with one end accessible from the inside from a small hatch by the door. We did not find this access to be convenient, but the outside storage was enough for gas hoses, small tables, small gas fire and so on.

The front dinette easily accommodates four people and the front window affords a great view. if you are parked near one! There are blackout curtains on all windows except the kitchen.

AC is cold w/ a heat strip. Furnace works perfectly and really warms up the trailer.

175ah Lithium / Solar Charge Controller / 3 100w portable panels included. We find that 2 panels are enough to keep us fully charged while off grid.
