With our Chateau we have had great adventures. We are a small familiy of two adults and one beatiful little girl who have been lucky enough to enjoy the memories this lifestyle offers. We have done all the engine maintenance and we have never had any incident, breakdown or damage. The previous owner decided to change the interior colors and we loved the turquoise. We recently changed the house batteries and two rear tires and changed the cabin cover to have privacy. Recent maintenance of roof, front ac and roof (lipper 5121) water pump and newly purchased black and gray water hoses. The exterior stickers need to be replaced. Everything works perfectly and awaits a new owner. It is the best price you will find on the market for an RV of this model. Park in the city without problem, travel wherever you want.
