One owner!! This RV is in excellent condition, well maintained and stored in a garage. Just completed a 10-year maintenance service which included new belts, tires, etc.

The coach is built on a Freightliner chassis and is powered by a 380 HP Cummins diesel engine with a 6 speed Allison transmission.

The 40E floor plan includes a half bath for guests. Plus, features three slides, two on the passenger side and one full wall on the driver’s side. These combine to make an extremely roomy and comfortable living area. The driver and passenger captain’s chairs recline, and the passenger seat has a powered footrest.

The counter tops and galley sink are solid surface with a ceramic backsplash. There is a residential style refrigerator with an ice maker/dispenser. Galley includes a convection microwave and a gas oven top. Plenty of storage areas in addition to a bar cabinet!

The master bed is a King with a sleep comfort mattress. The couch has fold out bed and footrest. There is a stackable washer and dryer, center vacuum, power windshield shades and blinds, and smoke detectors. The flooring is porcelain tile.

There are two televisions, one in the dining area, and one in the bedroom. There is also an outdoor entertainment center with television and stereo.

This coach also includes patio and door electric awnings, power roof vents, automatic leveling, mirror and backup cameras, AM/FM/CD and Satellite Radio Ready stereo system.
