This is a 2nd owner Florida coach. Its solid coach, its also not 500K plus, it is over the top dependable. It is self sufficient dry camp central. It has solar, batteries, an inverter, 12 volt power supply 100 Amp converter (that will run you and everyone around you on 12 volt.), water pump, fridge, microwave, inverter, fans, and most of all, Bose stereo to listen to until campground restores power. The unit has gone through an extensive updating to address wear items to include old technology entertainment, appliances, flooring, ceiling, painting, and lighting. The unit has all new LED lighting upgrades and rivals if not surpasses current coaches. The unit has redone driver and passenger seats as well as all new seating throughout. You would need to come and see how much has been done. It literally is a rolling villa. this unit has all house quality materials to include Maple doors, cabinets, Corian counters, ceramic tile, wood floors. This is built very well. It has bones, thats why we spent the time, labor, and cost to upgrade. The drivetrain is a Caterpillar 3126B that runs absolutely flawless. The transmission is a Allison 3000 that runs perfect as well. It has a Blue Ox tow package. Tire pressure monitorong. The motor and transmission were recently serviced. The air filter is new, new primary and secondary fuel filters, new belts as well as a radiator flush. The generator has been serviced. It has solar panels that run the place. Its turnkey you just have to come and see it, drive and camp. Newer goodyear tires, there is an added new 15500 btu A/C in addition to the basement A/C that is great. The fact that the dash A/C is new and so cold it cools the front easy. It really it is a great coach you could live in. Every surface is cleaned, painted, or redone. We use it weekends and have issues getting into our parks locally due to non-locals living there as well as overdevelopment. By the way its easy to park. We will keep using till sold.
