Restored and modernized travel trailer, great for cramp-ground camping. Our trailer was redesigned for more storage and a large bed. The cabinets are custom aluminum with tons of storage space. The pictures show a dining area set up. We have placed a queen size matress with an additonal cushion, making it close to a kingsize bed. It can easily be converted back to a dining area. The unit has an electrical stove and a microwave for easy inside cooking. Our trailer is NOT set up for boondocking. There is no gray water tank, we have a black water tank for waste. When using the sink or shower there is an approx. 10 gallon fresh water tank that we fill on an as needed basis with a hose attachment. Our life has moved to dirt bikes and kart racing, this pretty girl just can’t take all the boy dirt. Also, this unit is great for a family with 1-2 small kids or teens that you prefer sleep in a tent and not with you! Of course, a couple would be well suited. When our son was smaller, we just slept 3 across on the bed, he then moved to a roll up floor mattress. The unit is available to see in Los Gatos California.
