Hardly used over the past 3 years. Only 8,250 miles. Excellent condition since we never took it into a campsite. My wife and I purchased this RV at the height of COVID when everything was locked down. It was basically to keep us sane : ) We did day trips to parks etc with the grandkids and visted a number of hiking trails in NY. But we are not campers and now that things have opened up Post Covid we are ready to move on. We looked at several units like this but landed on this one because of the driver seat comfort. I guess I was thinking we would be going coast to coast or something but our 5 grandkids all reached the age of sports participation so we really haven't had an opening or desire to be away from them. Within the picturers I will include the manufacturer's details outlining the outdoor shower, televisions, etc. It also has a special order Balsam Paint Package worth $9,397 that insures long lasting paint durability. We didn't order it rather someone did and then reneged on the deal because of COVID impact. I bring that up because the salesmen seemed to think it was a big deal. The paint does clean up nice. Other than that I have tried to take a picture of every possible angle of the RV so you know what excellent shape it is in.
