Upgrades include a newly installed, January/2023, tankless water heater and new fridge that is a replica of the original and new tinted skylights. Re-roof done in 2022. Would be perfect for a small family with little ones as it has a bathtub with shower. An upgraded bunk room welcomes kids or guests of any age with two sleeping quarters. Great indoor/outdoor Bluetooth stereo system and an outdoor fridge. We do have a custom full wrap black vinyl skirting that goes with it if you plan to spend any winters in the cold. Everything works very well, super warm in winter time. Nice and cool in the summer. A/C works great. No issues at all. Also included is a tripod support for the 5th wheel tongue and I have a BMW companion 5th wheel hitch if needed.
