Newmar Mountain Aire 4304 43 foot which has 4 slides diesel pusher with 54,000 miles. I have owned this RV for 10 years and I would rate it in great condition for the age. Call or text me at 919-426-5840 for any questions or additional information.

I have done several recent updates or replacements including both awnings, new entry steps, washer and dryer, and AC/HP units, Inverter, Pioneer 8100NEX Navigation, back up camera display to make this coach up to date and do not see anything that would need to be replaced for a long time. I have had the coach wax 2 times a year and the paint has a nice shine. I feel like this a great value for a new owner as majority of the big items are updated

There are 3 things I see with this coach:
- 3 windows are fogged - I have a quote but the warrenty will not transfer to new owner
- New tires but I felt the new owner may want to see what is best for them
- Clear coat has some dulling where ther roof curved to the side

I checked the pricing on Newmar Facebook and RVTrader.com and the prices ranged from $95,000 to $120,000. I set the priced at 85,000 to offset the cost having the fogged windows repaired and to install new tires of choice that would best meet thier needs. I would prefer to have the windows repaired before selling but I do not like that the warrety does not transfer. Let me know if you have any questions.
