Description
***LOCATED IN STRASBURG VIRGINIA*** I purchased this camper trailer last spring brand new from Salem RV in Pensylvania. We parked it at Christopher Run Campground for about 2 months last summer and spent about 15 nights in the camper as a means to enjoy weekends on the lake on our boat. We had a few kinks to work out when we first bought the camper such as a missing window shade, the refrigerator had a bad connection that we tracked down to being a loose connection with the ground cable for the condenser. Once we found that the refrigerator worked all season PERFECTLY without missing a beat. WE also had an issue with the AC not puahing enough air to almost a trickle. After an hour or so of troubleshooting we removed the cover and inspected everything. We trimmed all of the ducting back and re taped everyhting with new duct tape then the AC worked AMAZINGLY the whole season as well. I had Forest River send me a replacement window curtain for the side out and installed it as well. We we absolutely amazed at how much room was actually available in this "little" camper. We had 6 full sized adults in the camper on one occasion, all the other times it was just me and my Fiance and our puppy. It served its purpose so well and were truly sad to be selling it, however we are trying ot buy some land ot build a house on so were having to consilodate our toy collection. :/ We Spent several nights in it even after we had winterized it. It stayed nice and toasty all night long on the propane supply. When I purchased it I negotiated getting a 30Lb tank and it lasted all summer and winter long even with us cooking on the outside griddle almost every day and using the shower with hot water.
Included with the camper is all the camping equipment you would need: 30 AMP power supply cable, Black water rinse supply hose, fresh water supply hose, Grey & Black drain tubes nozzles for any hookup, a 37 Gallon Rhino external Black holding tank with hitch connection for remote dumping. a small Visio Smart TV that I mounted on the wall and a Solar panel for automatic recharging for the 12 Volt electronics.
We only spent a few weeks in this camper but we have certainly trial tested it and it is in perfect working order. It is currenlty winterized with antifreeze in the water lines but its ready to be drained and ready to go.
