We purchased new. Almost a year left on manufacturer power train warranty. In excellent condition. Asking price is thousands below the next lowest listing on RVTrader. King in master is really nice. Two slideouts really opens things up. My family of four feel like there is plenty of room.

Everything works, except the following:
1. Electric water heater filament is non-functioning. The water heater still works using the propane.
2. The HVAC heater is finicky, it sometimes doesn't like to come on.
3. Bay batteries overcharge. Doesn't affect us because we don't ever need them. We leave the cables off and just put the cables on if there is something we need them for, but I don't know what that would be.
