Description

***** MOTIVATED SELLER *****
Do you work from home? Want to work on the road? Here's your solution!
As much as it saddens us we have decided it's time to close this chapter of our lives and to put our rig up for sale. It's a sad time, but it is time - time for someone else to enjoy our 2012 (PRE THOR!) Seneca. NO air brakes! We've had our share of RV's over the last 16 or so years, one being brand new and fraught with issues, and we were very happy when we found this unit as it is tried and true and accommodated my work from home lifestyle. There have been a number of upgrades, performed by the previous owner of 10 years and by the dealer he traded it to before we took ownership in 2021. The list includes: Exterior: Full roof reseal Nov of 21, Six new Michelin tires at the same time at 36,614 miles (currently 9,000 miles on them), 130watt solar charger and 4 Centennial AGM 6volt house batteries in Sep 21, 2 new Interstate chassis batteries in Apr 23, Fan-Tastic auto roof vent added to front roof area and another in the bathroom - both with MaxxAire covers, Winegard Road Trip In Motion satellite dish (we never used it), generator exhaust extended over roof, both slideout awnings replaced May 23, second porch light added (one on each side of door), mid coach side marker lamps added, triple water filter setup in wet bay, front end alignment done in May 23. Interior: original dinette removed and replaced with a custom desk/dinette with storage and extendable table, couch replaced with a Flexsteel L shaped pullout with queen sleeper and storage drawer, bathroom sink and top changed to a one piece unit with more counter space, bedroom wardrobe sliding doors replaced with custom swing open doors and matched to interior trim color, bed base modified to include a large drawer at foot of the bed (second drawer in pic was removed) and the base was modified to accommodate a queen mattress, a Zinus memory foam with cooling properties added (used for one trip), Splendide washer/dryer combo added to cabinet (was replaced prior to us taking delivery in 21 but never used). We are open to discussing leaving the needed living supplies on board that we have accumulated over the years - utensils, dinnerware, fresh and black water hoses, sewer hoses with supports, cable hookups, etc. This is an excellent unit and drives very well and is set to go out on a trip. Clean and clear title in hand.
