We have had wonderful trips & enjoyed this comfortable & beautiful coach. We are selling due to health issues. The Tiffin diesel pusher 38 QBA 2010 has the following updates: new queen mattress, new AC unit in main cabin, new house & engine batteries, new roof access ladder & auto leveling jacks (replaced springs). Yearly maintenance was completed by a local RV dealer or diesel certified mechanics. The water tank capacity is 90 gallons, grey is 70 gallons & black is 50 gallons. Tiffin has done a wonderful job with their black tank back wash to clean the tank. It has 102 pounds of propane capacity. Average miles/gallon is 10. You can fill the diesel tank from either side of the coach. Features include electric awnings, stackable washer/dryer, large refrigerator with ice maker & plenty of living space & great storage throughout. The bathroom has a roomy shower & ample storage. Two pocket doors allow for privacy for bathroom & bunk areas. Exterior shower has hot/cold water & user friendly hookups. The living space includes 4 TVs (located in the master bedroom, living room, & bunks). The master bedroom has a large closet & great drawer storage. The sofa converts into a queen bed with the inflatable mattress, & the jack knife loveseat folds out into a bed. The kitchen has corian countertops, 3 burner propane stove & a convection oven/microwave. Solid wood cabinets throughout the couch. The captain chair has a new cover due to showing wear on leather. The kitchen table includes 4 chairs (2 are easy to fold & store). The living space has ample seating with the 2 captain chairs, sofa, loveseat, & dining room area. The sofa & loveseat have seatbelts. The coach has two sets of shades (black out and shades) with the front window shades being electric. The exterior mirrors adjustments are also electric. Ceiling exhaust fans are in the main cabin & bathroom & there are two front fans in the front window. Great lighting & electric outlets throughout coach.The back-up camera & side cameras worked well for traveling & parking. We do have the RV set up with our 2017 Lincoln MKX (90,000 miles) & a Roadmaster towing system (Lincoln & Roadmaster can be purchased $17,500). The Tiffin was able to tow our car up mountain passes without difficulty. The water hoses, black hoses & electric 30 Amp connector are included.
