One owner we got it last year in Aug from Bish RV in IA. We had 2 camping trips in before the winter. My job situation has changed and I no longer work remotley. We don't have the time to enjoy it now sadly. it was serviced at Bish already 2 times for small defects under warranty and water heater was replaced too. They also winterized before it went in to storage in the fall. It still under warranty and we bought extand warratny on it to! Will include everything you need to go camping on day one. I will included the sewer hose, water hose accessories , smart surge protector with different power adpaters, wheel chocks (4), leveling ramps, lithium battery, inverter (has facorty solar too). Also will include ROS water filter system but buyer will need to install. Also come with a Weigh safe true tow heavyweight distribution hitch! Can show it anytime after 5pm in person on week days and anytime on weekends.
