This passport is like new! Very low mileage and use. It comes with an outdoor kitchen with a sink/running water/2 burner cooktop and a small refrigerator. There is also an outdoor shower, full automatic awning, LED lights, outside/inside speakers.
Brand new mounted/swivel TV and dometic toilet. Stereo system for inside and outside speakers with a remote. 3 burner propane stove with oven. Larger kitchen sink and refrigerator/freezer. Larger tub/shower combination with bathroom vanity sink.
Sleeping: queen size murphy bed that converts to a couch and storage during the day. Dining room area converts to a bed for 2 adults. And 2 larger bunk beds in rear.
Electric air conditioner on roof and propane heat--both work very well.
2 roof lift up vents and one sky light. Lots of pass thru storage under the rig and inside storage closets on both sides of/underneath the murphy bed. Also a pantry next to the refrigerator to compliment several kitchen cabinets and drawyers.
This rig comes with antisway bars, fresh water hose with filter and regulator and sewer hose, electrical adaptor, 2 attached metal steps and a 3rd metal step that is moveable.
There have not been any leaks or damage--very well maintained. Good tires. Clean title and tag in Delaware.
