Here's your toy hauler and just in time for 2024 holidays to the dunes or to the track. Large 16ft garage with washer dryer hookups, separate AC unit, has bunk beds but the frame broke, it will need to replaced (price has been reduced for this already) beds are all in great shape they are Full size. With bunk beds in and up has a 80" clearing capacity. (We had a lifted 2020 Polaris Ranger 1000 2 row and it fit perfectly in there)

Living room has a large vety comfortable couch that has the 2 ends fully recline back. Unfortunately, has sun damage and is flaking. Has large overhead storage, large flat LED screen TV. Has own ac unit door to bathroom. Jack n Jill bathroom setup from living/kitchen and from Master bedroom. Large kitchen island with sink, 4 door refrigerator.

large master bedroom has a separate ac unit, has Flat screen TV, lots of storage space, and closets. King size bed.

Generator is a Cummins Onan 5500 runs great.
