This unit has only been driven 2 times- less than 150 miles in total. We lived in this unit for a year with our young family. There are some minor cosmestic issues inside, but nothing that disrupts usage of anything. The only thing that no longer works is the love seat reclining mechanism.

The seperate living room offers plenty of seating for family, a big screen tv, and a fire place. The kitchen has plenty of cabinet and pantry space, as well as a full size microwave and residential size refrigerator. There are 2 lofts upstair. One is only large enough for storage, the other is large enough for 3 young boys to have their very own space! The upstairs loft also has the ability to hook up a small 32 inch tv. The master bedroom is spacious enough for a normal size queen bed. Washer and Dryer hookups, and extra storage space underneath the mattress.

Both AC units were consisently cleaned and dusted every 2 weeks when in use.
Has two propane tanks on either side of the trailer.
No outside damage.

This was the perfect size fifth wheel to enjoy as a familiy! WE hope someone can utilize it in a simliar way.
