Sleeps 8 per manufacturer information; we've slept 11 comfortably with the living room couch recliners. Cargo area is 13 ft x 8 ft, rear cargo door drops down into an 8x8 ft deck. Deck has roll-up, zippered and velcroed curtains with "windows" to keep the bugs out. Cargo area has 2 couches that convert into a queen bed. While using couches a folding table (included) can be placed between them (this is where the kids played games a lot). Loft area can sleep up to two people - ladder included, room for storage at the foot of the mattress, outlet, lighting and curtain up there as well. Bedroom has full storage under the bed, storage above the bed, closet and slideout wardrobe.

1.5 baths - Half bathroom has toilet, sink, mirror and storage. Full bathroom has a toilet, sink, mirror, shower, two spacious medicine cabinets and storage under the sink. (Shower is roomy, 6'4" husband loves it.)

Spacious pantry with drawers and lighting. The couch in the main living area consists of recliners. The two on the ends have cup holders, heat and massage. Under the couch there is LED lighting, great for a nightlight if needed.

We added a privacy curtain to the door that goes from the living area to the cargo area. Also added a shelf in the cargo area (hangs completely out of the way) for more storage/organization. It contains 4 fabic baskets.

One thing we have really loved about this camper is the various lighting options - if we are wanting natural light, there are many windows (including the cargo area), and the various lighting options throughout.

Great shape, no leaks. Bedroom's queen mattress is custom made!
