This is an all-weather model with heated undercarriage and heated tanks.
This RV has 6 self leveling jacks with the lippert system.
The fresh water tank holds 91 gallons
Grey Water holds 100 gallons
Black water holds 53 gallons
The tanks are heated for winter use.
The system needs to be flushed as it was winterized with RV anti-freeze fluid in the lines.

The RV sleeps 8. My kids did not like the RV mattresses in the bunks, so we bought foam ones with waterproof protectors. The master queen bed was also updated to a zinus foam matress. There is also a sofa bed.
Has a fridge, oven, stove top, microwave/convection, as well as outdoor kitchen with LP griddle and a mini fridge we never used.
The electric fireplace works well.
Ducted heating is awesome. The AC units are heat pumps as well, but we preferred the propane heat.
Pantry is huge!!
Washer/dryer ready. It is plumbed for a washer/dryer combo next to the pantry. See pics.
Everything in the pictures goes with the RV, even the Anderson hitch.

Ecopro covers the entire RV, which helps prevent fading and helps clean off the bugs.
Soft starts on both AC units , which is great when using a generator. ACs are 30,000 BTU with heat pumps as well. The ducts use the racetrack method. We also have foam inserts in both AC, which helped dramatically with airflow. Motivated to sell.
