Overall condition is very good. Exterior is full body paint so it has held up very well (no bubbles, dents, etc.) and still shines like new. Interior is in great shape but the furniture is showing a bit of wear and tear (still very usable but some wear spots are showing). Couch has small seam starting to tear. ** All wear spots are documented and pictures are available upon request. Interior window coverings are original, they are very usable and in great shape but roll up slowly.
