We have loved this trailer and purchased it new. We have kept it stored in the garage for 95% of its lifetime. We are selling it because we simply don't use it anymore and have used it probably average 2 times a year. I have added a solar converter and a port for a battery tender, so you don’t have to remove the battery to charge it. The battery is new as of 6/2023 it is the second battery we have replaced. This trailer is a dream to tow, it is easily towed by a Subaru or Tacoma and because of the wheelbase it tracks well without worry of hitting fenders. The tires have little mileage, they were replaced in the fall of 2021 and only have traveled 800 miles since. The bearings were repacked at the same time. There is a roughly queen-sized fold up mattress included, not new but not dirty either. I have added a side table for the outside and a few shelves inside to help with storage. there is one large cabinet that runs the width inside and has two access doors from the back end and three in the sleeping area. There have been no leaks. I resealed the fan a year ago. I put new piping around the edges this year. This trailer is for sleeping, we purchased it for that reason we didn't want to sit in a trailer all day while camping, it forces you to go outside and have fun. With a good awning you can extend your living space. The yakima rack will NOT support a roof top tent. It will support awning and bikes maybe a kayak or solar panels. Toolbox on the front and spare tire. Mount for a 11lbs propane tank, tank will not be included because it has not been serviced, unless you really want it. Fits 2" ball. It's a nice trailer to tow at only 900lbs, you can move it by hand if it's not overfilled. 7-pin wire harness. Please only serious buyers, it is kept in the garage and appointments to view can only be on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. We have found these trailers needing a lot of work and still selling at $3000 to $5000, we are asking $6995 OBO, Come see it and make us a serious offer to consider.
