Great Tab 400 Boondock Edition purchased slightly used from original owner in spring of 2023 and used lightly by us for the 2023 spring, summer and fall season. We have loved this unit and we are sad to see it go but selling due to partner's health issues. Unit is very clean; non-smoking and pet friendly (small cairn terrier). This Boondock Edition comes with 15" sport rims, aggressive off-road tires, boondock entry handle and graphics, heavy duty entry door step, pitched axel and aluminum utility platform. Nu Camp's 3 year structural warranty is stlll in effect and is transferable upon sale. Title in hand and prefer a cash sale. You are welcome to have an RV specialist have the unit checked out. Unit is currently winterized. Kitchen faucet has a minor leak and is scheduled to be replaced at local RV dealer in April (part in hand).
