Vehicle condition is excellant inside and out. Exterior has paint sealant applied to prevent streaks and minimize cleaning effort. Has solar panels on roof to keep house batteries charged at all times. Has rear stabalizers, power vent, power awning, 2 TV's inside and hook up for exterior TV. House stereo has exterior speakers. Generator is propane powered and only about 10 hrs total use. Water heater is propane & electric, heats very quickly. A/C unit is heat pump style and works well for both options
