2003 NEWMAR MOUTAINAIRE. This coach has been stored inside a heated garage its entire life when not in use. It features a Spartan chassis with independent air ride suspension and a 8.9L 400 HP Cummins that has plenty of power to pull a car or trailer. The full body paint wraps around the slideouts when extended and still shines. There is a large heated basement that offers plenty of storage, and a fridge/freezer mounted on a slideout tray. The large main awning is powered with a wind sensor. There are also manual window shades on the other windows. The 8kw powertech generator will run the air conditioning and heat pump. There is also a propane furnace, stove and fridge which is great for boondocking and heat in colder weather. Inside you will find a large kitchen with an extendable dinette for four. The couch folds into a twin size bed for guest or kids. The tvs are newer flat-screens with blu-ray players. The midship bath has a large shower, and a separate restroom. In the bedroom you will find a queen bed and plenty of storage. There is a large closet at the back of the coach that has a combo washer/ dryer and hanging storage. Over all this coach is in great shape with some minor rockchips and scratches.
