We purchased this unit in Dec. 2020 with less than 2K mi from the original owner. It has been a great coach and we are only selling as we are looking to move up to a New Aire. It has the residential refregerator with the 2 extra batteries, 3 TV's, a televator behind the dinette, one in the BR and one exterior. The original owner added aluminum wheels, a large slide out tray in the basement and a nice floor covering kit in the cockpit at the dealership when purchased. The Onan 8KW diesel generator has 67.7 hours, mainly ran to just give it exercise. Washer and dryer used 4-5 times. Coach has been kept under 3- sided carport or inside since new and is in very good condition.
