This is a well built, gently-used RV in very good condition. Northwood’s reputation for quality is on display in this rig. From the well-designed layout to the manufacturer built frame to the insulated roof, walls and underbelly. The hardwood cabinet doors and vinyl floor in living area are a breeze to keep clean.
I am the second owner of the rig and have added several “nice to have” items that I will list below. There are some cosmetic issues because of its age (fading graphics, for ex), but overall this trailer is in very good working condition.
Rear kitchen, center living floor plan. 1 slide-out, large awning. The queen bed is 60x80. A memory foam mattress topper is included. A door on separates the bedroom area from the living space, a pocket door to enter the bathroom from bedroom area.
