This unit has been well loved and cared for and is in really good condition. When not in use it's kept in a climate controlled garage. All scheduled service has been completed by Mercedes, including the 60,000 mile service in January 2024. Included are the dual-pane Euro style tip out windows with screens and insulated privacy shades that allow ventilation even when raining. Cab doors and windshield have sliding, pleated privacy shades also. Cab seats swivel and have extra higher lounge cushions for leg comfort when relaxing. You'll find plenty of storage in the cab for travel necessities. There is a propane generator with onboard start and 1 large slide with U-shape dinette with storage and 2 footrests. The galley has a covered 2-burner propane stove, 2 stainless steel sinks, microwave with convection oven, and Norcold 2-door refrigerator/freezer. Also includes heated tanks, electric awning, electric/propane water heater, outside shower with hot and cold water, electric heat pump and a gas furnace. Bath has a porcelain toilet with cleaning sprayer, powered roof vent, shower with retractable, self-cleaning shower screen and skylight. Cab has an infotainment center with RV GPS and CD/DVD player. There is another stereo system with CD/DVD player and TV in the living area as well as a powered skylight/roof vent with sliding screen and pleated shade. The bedroom also has a TV and privacy curtain. This unit has an abundance of storage inside and out. There is a rear view/backup camera and a 5,000 pound hitch. A tire pressure monitoring system was added. This is a fun unit to drive and is highly livable.
