This RV is in overall good condition. Kept in inside storage. Paint and vinyl are in good shape. Brand new coach batteries. Recent generator service which included new fuel pump and brushes. New rooftop AC unit. Awnings are all in great shape. Tires still have plenty of tread on them. Winegard Direct TV Satellite dish. Side and rear cameras. Heated mirrors. Black, gray and fresh water heaters. All of the underside compartments are also heated. Two indoor TV'S and one Outdoor TV. Auxillary propane line so you can connect your gas grill directly to the RV. This RV has lots of nice features. Like all Thor Motorcoaches the seats have started delaminating. Three outside compartment door latches may need to be replaced. (approx. $8.00 each) The two front wheel well liners will also need to be replaced. (approx. $120.00 each) Other than that this RV is in great shape and shines up really nicely. It has served my family very well.
