This Keystone Springdale is a mid size, at 31 feet and a dry weight of 5270 pounds, with a gross weight loaded at 7360 pounds. Many mid size SUV models are up to towing this, some midsize pickups, and any full size truck. 

Plus, this one takes very good advantage of the 26 feet with a well thought out interior layout and a main room slide out to make the main living space roomier than many other trailer this size.

It's also well equipped with a larger refrigerator than you might expect in a trailer this size, plus an actual oven. Trailers with only a microwave need 120 volt power to cook with, so a propane oven is big plus, especially when dry camping!

PLUS, the awning is powered, and the stabilizers are powered, which makes setting up and taking down much easier! And, look at those steps! Nice!

This rig is in very good condition...not quite “like new”, but very close. The previous owner obviously used this Keystone very rarely. Also, the exterior is aluminum, which holds paint better than fiberglass, so it won't show it's age as soon as many other trailers. And, the mattress is still wrapped in plastic...either new, or never used.
