This sharp 2023 Winnebago Solis Pocket model 36A was purchased NEW from Meyers RV, Bath, NY 12-26-2023. We're non-smokers that purchased it to snowbird and for future daytrips and in-between destinations. Shortly after purchase we chose to use it for our travel vehicle ONLY and overnight in hotels and live in rented cottages. We have not cooked, slept, etc in this RV. 6800 miles as of March 18, 2024.

This RV is in Like NEW condition. Every appliance is in working condition including the 2 burner stovetop, Truma furnace, NOVA KOOL refrigerator, Coleman air conditioner, ZAMP solar controller/170W panel, DC & AC electrical systems, MAXX Air Fan w/remote, plumbing system w/auto shut-off pump & multi-head shower hose & 20 gallon each fresh & gray tank. The murphy bed, convertible dinette/daybed/sofa, sliding and rear doorway screens, sliding window screens and black out rollup curtains in the coach and folding cab window covers are operational. Shower/blackout curtain w/magnets is also unused. Winnebago provided 30A power cord, tire repair kit, and manuals are included w/unused Thetford 345 porta potty, gray tank dump hose and inflatable cab bed.

We have the NYS Title with loan paid off statement to transfer clear title. There's nothing wrong with the RV, campervan lifestyle is just not the right fit for us. Until it's sold this is our daily driver. The 12 month Winnebago warranty is transferrable and expires 1/2/2025. Delivery is negotiable anywhere in the continental USA.

Three reversible upgrades are: "OPENGLASS VAN MODS" sliding door stopper, "OPENGLASS VAN MODS" sliding door handle upgrade (extension) and a propane tank level gauge.

At less than 18 feet long, this RV on the 2023 RAM PROMASTER 1500 chassis w/ 9 speed transmission is very easy to drive, park and maneuver. It's well equipped with not too many new driver safety features with plenty of power and warranty. Since we bought this, under all driving conditions, we've averaged 17.7 MPG.

This motorhome is well equipped with everything you need in a great floor plan layout with lots of storage space and the manueverability to never feel cramped.
