Kitchen has 18 cu ft refrigerator, 3.7 cu ft gas range and 4-burner cook top. Free-standing dinette. Garage is 14 foot with a half-bath and washer/dryer hookups. All with a 2,900 lb pin weight!

Queen OEM mattress in main bedroom has been replaced with Sealy residential queen (huge improvement!). Hitch has been upgraded to the 20K Reese Gooseball. (Original hitch is available.) Onan 5.5KW gas generator, 60 gallon onboard fuel tanks, 3rd A/C in garage, Happi-Jac Bed system in garage, Cooper H-rated tires (less than 1,000 miles on them), Exterior TV Entertainment Center, Real aluminum deck system with awning, 155 gal fresh water capacity (new models only hold 140 gal), 104 gal grey water capacity, 104 gal waste water capacity, 2x30 pound propane tanks. I took this unit to the local GD dealer to replace a pull-down shade and a few other items only to learn that there was a small puncture in the roof presumably from the one and only storm experienced. Bottom line is that while this unit is a 2022 model, the roof is brand new, having been replaced by the local GD dealer. Unit has never been smoked in, has never had a toy in the garage. Garage has been used solely for sleeping space. (OEM mattress from main bedroom is providing additional padding in top bunk of garage.)
