This unit has only been used once. It is maintained inside out of the eliments. Thought we would use it more, but just hasn't been the case. It is smoke free and no pets. This unit is still like new. The A/C unit was replaced under warrenty in Stember 2023 due to dirt dobber nest causing fault in the original unit.
