Well Maintained 2018 Tiffin Wayfarer 24QW purchased in December 2019 along with a warranty forever program - nontransferable.Performed yearly inspection, maintenance and repair or replaced any malfunctioning components when needed. This included but not limited to resealing all windows and roof vents when necessary.  The RV was upgraded with numerus additional components such as Victron Multiplus 3000-watt inverter with 3 Battle Born 100Ah 12V LiFePO4 Lithium Batteries, two under step and one in storage compartment.  Orion Smart charger, Bluetooth connector and inside battery monitor.  In December 2023 all 6 tires were replaced in addition to installing a tire pressure and temperature monitoring system. Additionally installed three roof vent all weather covers allowing venting in rainy conditions and removable heat reflecting custom window coverings.  The Mercedes 20,000-mile and 30,000-mile maintenance was performed where all filters and components were replaced.  The kitchen area has a 2-burner stove top, microwave convection oven, a two-door refrigerator/freezer and a single bowl stainless sink.  Sleep areas include a rear queen size bed with privacy door, a dinette that converts to a sleeper as well as a driver’s overhead loft bed. A full-size walk-in shower bathroom located mid cabin. The motorhome comes with automatic stabilizing legs and manual leveling pads.  This RV has been in enclosed storage when not in use. A brand-new roof air conditioner heat-pump was installed in October 2024.
